How to Return & Exchange

  2. Provide relevant information, including your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our diligent Customer Support team will provide you with a Confirmation and offer further guidance to facilitate the return.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Our policy covers products purchased directly from Genuine Dental Supply.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the dental products must remain in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Initiation of returns and exchanges must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Non-eligible Items:

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases where they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used dental products, including opened dental instruments, dental materials, and disposable items.

  • Products that lack original packaging or have missing tags.

  • Controlled Substances or Hazardous Materials.

Shipping and Handling

For Out-of-State & outside our hand-delivery area coverage:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items or returns due to customer preference.

For Local:

  • Upon the customer’s next order, the delivery driver will receive returns and provide exchanges for no shipping and handling fees.

Refund and Exchange Processing:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned or exchanged item for damages or defects, then refunds, store credit, or billing adjustments will be issued within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Discretionary Returns:

  • We may be flexible to consider returns or exchanges beyond the standard policy period or for items that do not strictly meet the eligibility criteria, at our discretion. We value your patronage and are committed to accommodating your needs.

Order Cancellation:

  • Should you wish to cancel an order, kindly contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
